The victim of a hit-and-run Monday night in Pontiac has died from her injuries. Vanessa Deanes, 29, died Tuesday after being hospitalized following the crash on Perry Street near Montcalm. The Oakland County Sheriff’s Office said she was struck shortly before 6 p.m. as she crossed the street, outside a designated crosswalk.
