Charlotte Sena was rescued from the home of suspect Craig Nelson Ross Jr., 47, after investigators tracked him down to his mother's house in Ballston Spa where his camper was parked in the backyard, Gov. Kathy Hochul announced Monday night.

Neighbors said that Charlotte Sena's alleged kidnapper, Craig Ross had recently moved back in with his mother after suffering from multiple sclerosis.

“It’s obvious that this person had some premeditated aspirations,” family friend Patrick Cane believes.

Carol Brown, 61, told The Post that Craig Ross Jr., 47, tried to snatch her grandson how of her front yard in July while she was out back turning on the spigot for the hose.
