The Waukegan Police Department is searching for missing U.S. Navy sailor Seamus Gray, last seen near Sheridan Road and Washington Street.

FPD has identified the man as Jesses Albert Decoux. Thirty minutes after Decoux was reported missing he was located by officers’ face down in the water.
