If youre a nurse, a doctor, and youre running out of supplies, there is a lot of money in this bill that will help you. We just need to pass the damn bill. Endless negotiations. In case youre watching, tell Steven Mnuchin to come back to the white house and end negotiations. I think understand the giveandtake of life and politics. But ive been called by two good friends on the democratic side in the last five or six hours wanting more money. End the negotiations. This bill is 2 trillion. Theres a ton of money in this bill for people who need it. But what
Thicket. This is not a big grove. Not a bunch of yards from end to end. It is still pretty important for moving through a cultivated landscape. It is one of the few wild places that remain here in the valley floor. Time, bears here all the particularly in the fall when they are out looking for wild and mastic fruit. Actually, we have a willow tree back here, where a black bear was bedding for about a month and a half. A pretty gnarly willow, it has been used extensively by bears for a bedding. One bear was here for about a month last year. I will show you whats behind. If you come through here, you can see on the trunk of this tree, the way the bear has worn the bark from climbing up. Call marks, the spark here. You can see this pile of bear in the crook of this branch, just above here, they left a pile this big, which is pretty impressive. You can see the place where the bear was. This is all very close to our house. From where i lay my head at night. It is a good illustration of the
A number of businesses have been affected. We will have a live report coming up and there is a new area code coming to arts of western Alameda County and that means big changes for people with a 510 area code. Spoke to changes today and affects whether you can dial out and how you can do that. There are more changes coming. It will be a bit of getting used to. We will get to that in a moment. We want to talk about whether. It is cool outside right now. It will get kind of hot. Sorry. I love it, i do. I know you are not a big fan that it will be too bad right now. Golden gate bridge fog hanging a little bit. For the most part we will clear up pretty nicely today all across the region and we will see some warmer temperatures especially inland. It is summer officially as of yesterday and we will see those summerlike temperatures. Not as cloudy and foggy as it is over the Golden Gate Bridge. We can talk about some of the weather headlines and talk about how the day is shaping up and what w

To put forward, so, i commend the u. S. Senate proappropriatio committee providing some assistance in that regard. I want to just invite david to ask, to address whether the, whether we can wait another 30 or 40 or 50 years to take action and expect not to have consequences. Thank you for the question. Not acting increases the cost of action. The longer we delay in action will increase the cost of action. Because we will have infrastructure lock in and other dynamics that will make it increasingly difficult to in fact shift to low carbon xwhis. We have the opportunity and i think we in fact are on the trajectory as lisa and others have said, we are on the trajectory of moving very rapidly toward that low carbon economy. The price of solar panels for example has fallen 75 in the last five years. And we can create hundreds of thousands of jobs in doing so . And we are in fact creating, there are 100,000 jobs in texas alone. Thank you. I want to welcome sam adams, who works with the World
