Members of the Fellowship of Missouri Baptist Evangelists shared their love for proclaiming the gospel with messengers and guests who visited the group’s booth at the Missouri Baptist Convention annual meeting here, Oct. 24-25.
By nearly all accounts, the MBC annual meeting was a wonderful event. For one thing, 1,016 brothers and sisters from 462 churches, along with 222 guests, gathered to make this the largest gathering of Missouri Baptists in the St. Louis area in over a decade.
In his address to the Missouri Baptist Convention (MBC) annual meeting, Oct. 24, MBC Executive Director John Yeats called Missouri Baptists to holiness, urging them to consider the lostness of our world and to reject the corrupting influences of a world system over which Satan rules.
The Hannibal-LaGrange University Board of Trustees is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Robert J. Matz as the 18th President of Hannibal-LaGrange University. Dr. Matz was appointed by the full Board of Trustees at the fall meeting on Oct. 14, 2022.
