Jefferson City s Todd Beaulieu, the 2022 Eisinger Teacher of the Year, is now also a Regional Teacher of the Year, chosen by the Heart of Missouri Regional Professional Development Center in Columbia, according to a Friday announcement from the Jefferson City School District and the JC Schools Foundation.
