The negotiations and the internal workings of the university there. Again, mcdonalds makes money from actually land leasing. They buy the land and then they get a tenant to be a franchisee. It looks like the aau is in the same boat as the people who own the university on the one hand through various llcs own the sites that in the future they can choose to sell off in different ways.
