SAN DIEGO —  After closing its doors for nearly two years, a coffee shop in Logan Heights is getting a second life under new owners who plan to make it a hub for artists and community members. Located along busy Imperial Avenue, Mixed Grounds Coffee reopened its doors in March after closing in late 2019 when it was called Imperial Grounds.
