regions, as well. we also have heard no reports of any serious injuries or damage. we re going to continue following this news and bring you updates online as soon as we get them. i m cheryl jennings. i m kristen sze. this morning bart s board president is apologizing to commuters. a protest disrupted service and forced bart to temporarily close two san francisco stations. on nick smith is live at bart headquarters in oakland. reporter: good morning. bart board of directors president would like to put an end to disruption of service. last night it was organized by the group anonymous. they were upset by the decision made by bart officials to shut off cellphone service at an august 11th demonstration against police on the bart platform. they did this in the interests of public safety. today in an interview bob franklin apologized to riders and hoped to put an end to the disruption in service. we should have apologized and it was unfortunate we had cut off cellphone

witnesses to come forward. live from san francisco. reporter: good news this morning the conditions have approved for the three men that were rushed here at san francisco general hospital. they were injured during that 49ers-raiders game. we have talked to the father of the most seriously injured victim this morning. he says his son was stepping out of his truck to help a friend that was getting beaten up and that is he was shot. his son is recovering to reconstruct his intestine. hospital spokesman says his condition has improved to fair, he was initially brought here as critical. one of the other men were shot in the face. that is described as a superficial wound a san rafael resident was beaten unconscious and he is listed in fair condition this morning. police are still looking for suspects in all three attacks. the mayor says they are trying to track down those that are responsible for the violence. i m going to be working with the 49ers to look at the tapes again
good morning, i m sue hall, in the traffic center. light morning commute this monday. we do have possible bart delays this afternoon. monday morning, thank you for joining us. i m a eric thomas. and i m kristen sze. a warning from bart, the evening commuted could be a nightmare. there could be a shutdown. they are threatening another massive protest in downtown san francisco. nick smith is live at civic center station with the latest. reporter: because it is a possible protest scheduled for this afternoon and it is organized by a group anonymous, no one knows what may happen. bart is suggesting that people plan to have another way to get around just in case. take a look at this video. bart wants to avoid a situation like this. another protest like this one that happened last week. this demonstration delayed train service for hours. now, the countdown to another possible protest for this evening has started. the group is promising more of the same planning a protest
