Police have recovered a quad bike which was ridden on footpaths and parks in Bushey. The quad-biker caused a nuisance in Bushey yesterday (May 6) as a male rode the quad bike across the area. PCSO Carole Bull and PCSO Esther Ainsley, from the Bushey and Radlett Safer Neighbourhood Team, spotted the quad bike without a registration plate in Harcourt Road.
