the north koreans basically put up science experiments and they look to see what went wrong and they learn as much from their failures as they do from their success. and a couple of things they hav been trying to perfect. they have been trying to perfect a quick launch capability by having a missile on the back of a road mobile vehicle, not just one that could drive around on a highway but also on an offroad. they have tires and tracks that allow them to drive through forests and rough terrain. they can pop up that transporter launcher that stacks the missile straight up in the air. and in a very quick manner without having to take days to prepare they can fire off the missile. that gets their accelerated launch time much further down and much further compressed. they have been trying to perfect their solid launch capability also sort of like a solid fuel booster. it allows them to launch quickly
