I dont think the minimum wage is what solves that. it may solve a different problem. the way to solve the upward mobility problem is education. and im extremely disappointed that government, with all the rhetoric about the new jobs being created in a technological society is permitting high schools to stop teaching high school math and high school science. if you dont have kids who are properly equipped for the jobs of future, youre going have a continuing problem of lack of upward mobility. >> ...
