Action has been issued against two self-radicalized teenage boys in Singapore after being arrested for terrorism-related activities, according to a press statement by the Ministry of Home Affairs released recently.
Singapore has detained a 15-year-old student, the youngest person to be held under its Internal Security Act for terrorism-related activities. Another teen has had his movements restricted.
Muhammad Irfan Danyal bin Mohamad Nor, a Singaporean student, was detained in December under the Internal Security Act. His plans included recruiting a suicide car bomber to attack a military camp as well as bombing a grave site, the authorities said.
