An irrigation system capacity expansion, project improvement and upgrading of Betumpu Agriculture Development Area’s (KKP) Farm and Flood Mitigation worth BND6.5 million will be carried out by Seri Ghanimi Contractor Sdn Bhd after the signing of contract between the Department of Agriculture and Agrifood under the Ministry of Primary Resources and Tourism (MPRT) with Seri Ghanimi Contractor Sdn Bhd yesterday.
Minister of Primary Resources and Tourism Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Ali bin Apong, the guest of honour, witnessed the signing.
Legislative Council member and Village Head of Kampong Limau Manis Yang Berhormat Haji Mohimin bin Haji Johari @ Jahari, Permanent Secretary at the MPRT Hajah Tutiaty binti Haji Abdul Wahab, deputy permanent secretaries and heads of departments under the MPRT also attended.
