Footings are being poured and framing for eight buildings is beginning on the first part of a 260-unit project in Niskayuna along the Mohawk River.
“Rivers Ledge, overlooking the Mohawk River on Aqueduct Road, is one of the most transformative projects to occur in Niskayuna,” said Niskayuna Supervisor Yasmine Syed. “Included in the project is a comprehensive beautification of the Aqueduct parkland which will provide vistas unlike any other in Niskayuna along the Mohawk Hudson Bike Hike Trail that connects our town to downtown Schenectady.”
