IGP asks police to maintain professionalism 203 DHAKA, May 8, 2021 (BSS) – Inspector General of Police (IGP) Dr Benazir Ahmed today asked the newly promoted superintendents of police (SPs) to perform their duties perfectly maintaining professionalism, morality and values high at their respective workplaces. “Maintain professionalism, morality and values high in your workplace,” the IGP told the newly promoted officers to the post of SP at a function at the Police Headquarters here today. Congratulating the promoted officers, the IGP said the promotion is not only for you, but also it’s a dignity and pleasure for the respective family members also. “Your journey has just begun, you have to go a long way in the days to come,” he said, suggesting them for taking a massive preparation in this regard.
