Today. look at all of this moisture streaming in across west texas bringing heavy rain and flooding. take a look at some pictures though out of monterrey mexico. all of this moisture is moisture from hurricane alex this week. now streaming into texas. but i tell you monterrey, mexico got the worse of this. they saw about a years worth of rain in just three days. and thousands and thousands of residents had to be evacuated in search of emergency shelters and at least six people in mexico have die...
