They said he fled when the Seward County Sheriff s office tried to pull him over for a traffic stop. That s when NSP pilots started following the car. Troopers on the ground eventually caught up with Ferguson on eastbound Interstate 80. Deputies tried to stop the car but Ferguson sped up, hitting speeds over 100 miles per hour.
