We, delegates of the 8th Provincial Congress of the South African Communist Party (SACP) in Free State province, carrying the hopes and aspirations of the working class and poor in our province, convened from 22 to 24 April 2022 at Naval Hill Lodge in Bloemfontein, Mangaung.
