The resignation comes as parents are pressing the Fayette County school board and district for answers on why the Rise STEM Academy is not expanding its grade levels.
“Everyone in Fayette County deserves transparency, consistent and clear communication, and the opportunity to engage with their elected leaders,” Monica Mundy said.
