If there’s one thing Rockaway is used to, it’s rebuilding. On September 10, 2021, the 11th floor (or Tower 11) at St. John’s Episcopal Hospital was completely destroyed by a fire. A year and a half later, last Tuesday, April 4, the staff and executive team at SJEH held a groundbreaking ceremony to begin reconstruction.
