A Belizean immigration officer has been arrested and charged with extortion after a Jamaican visitor alleged misconduct. Jahnoi Shaun Dhee Richards, who arrived in Belize earlier this week, claims he was threatened with denied entry unless he surrendered $3,000 USD to the officer.
