The pavement dried out after the rain yesterday. Now weve got a partly cloudy sky starting off this wednesday morning. The 20th day of february. Temperatures are near freezing now. Much of maryland and virginia, that includes Prince Georges County, montgomery, arlington and fairfax. Shenandoah valley into the mountains. Southern maryland near the bay waters, a little bit above freezing. We have winds gusting around 20, 25 miles an hour. So our windchills are down to the teens and low 20s now much of the region. Were going to have our windchills hovering in the 20s and teens throughout much of the morning. 6 00 to 7 00 a. M. Around the freezing mark. Those winds will increase maybe by noontime to 30 mile an hour wind gusts. By then, temperatures into the mid30s. Sunrise is at 6 53. leniency underneath the law. so after this trial, this morning, they did decide to go ahead and give serial williams the life without the possibility of parole. he will be going to prison for the rest of his life. for the murder of trooper brown, who was killed in june of 2010. now there are a couple of other details that came out here as they were doing the sentencing. first of all, it came out that the reason that this man was thrown out of an appleby s in june of 2010 was because he had apparently urinated on another one of the customer there is and was being disruptive. well he was thrown out. today, we heard from trooper brown s partner, who said that when he came out of the bar, trooper brown decided that this man did not need to be arrested, but should be let go and given a second chance. and this is something that the prosecutor spoke about. that even after given a second chance, that the man came back and then shot and killed the trooper. and yes, now he will be se
