COLUMBIA - The Columbia City Council is set to hear a proposal for a community-oriented policing program on Monday, during the regular city council meeting at 7 p.m. The Columbia Citizens Police Review Board sent a letter to Mayor Brian Treece and members of the City Council on April 23, which outlined a new community-oriented policing program.
