Bolton Railway Station RAIL services on a busy line through Bolton will be reduced from today because of lockdown. Operator Northern has announced the Clitheroe to Manchester Victoria service. which calls at Bromley Cross and Hall Ith Wood, is being curtailed. PLANS to build a memorial to the only woman from Bolton to die on active service during First World War are set to be approved by council bosses.
