Cool next few days but milder weather by the end of the weekend

Many areas across Central PA picked up between 3-4" of rain since the month began this past Monday. Although it was spread out over several days, it was enough to cause minor flooding along streams and creeks in the region. Even the Juniata and Susquehanna will get close to their banks in spots today and tomorrow. The good news? Tuesday and Wednesday will be active, with steadier rain on both days. Temps fall close to freezing Wednesday night, and that’s when we see some snow showers. His warm weather is expected to stick around for the next few days before a cold front brings our temps back to a more seasonable level.

Tracking warm weather and chance for rain by the middle of the week

Sunny skies and warm temps for Easter weekend! Most areas made it into the upper-50s and lower-60s on Saturday and it will be even warmer tomorrow afternoon.

Today will be absolutely beautiful with a high of 79 and a mixture of sunshine and clouds.

Unseasonably warm temperatures will continue for a few more days before a strong cold front brings the threat of severe weather, and colder temperatures.
