back, i was like there goes the storm, i seen it coming towards us. we ran in the house for cover. got in the kitchen, i jumped over the kids and covered them. it busted the windows in the house, a tree fell over my mother s truck. it seemed like it was sitting instead of moving, like right there. you knew your job was like a mother bird. cover my kids. cover the kids, protect them. i was saying lord, please, protect us and shield us from any harm and danger, and that was about it. i kept saying it over and over. protect us, watch over us. kept repeat tg. sounds like it might have worked. it did. it really did. stephanie and her family moved to tuscaloosa two months ago from enterprise, alabama, where they lived through a killer tornado that almost wiped out the town in 07. how many tornados do you think you have to put up with in your lifetime? i hope to not do it again.
