DANVILLE, Va. — The outside right turn lane of westbound Riverside Drive into the Danville Plaza is closed today to allow for utility work at the intersection.

Earlier this year, a new Danville-themed Monopoly game began to fly off the shelves at Walmart on Mount Cross Road. February 18, 2021 DANVILLE, Va. – Danville today avoided the worst of the wintry mix of sleet and freezing rain that was forecast. The National Weather Service in Blacksburg reports the city received a quarter inch of ice accumulation today. That amount was about half of the total projected.
