The most popular state Connecticut residents are looking to move to is Florida, part of a nationwide trend of people seeking to relocate to warmer temperatures, according to Coldwell Bankerโs โMove Meter.โ Nationwide, one out of seven of all Move Meters searches were for the Sunshine State. The top-searched city among Connecticut residents was Charleston, S.C. According to Coldwell Banker, 82% of all Move Meter searches nationally were for locations outside of the personโs current state.
