Sri Lanka - Litro Gas Lanka Ltd. has decided to reduce gas prices by nearly Rs. 1000 from midnight tomorrow (April 04).

Sri Lankas state-run Litro Gas said it has paid back some of the 70 million dollars lent by the World Bank to resolve the islands cooking gas issue and hopes to pay back the entire amount by the second week of December 2022.

Sri Lanka’s state-run Litro Gas has secured a supply of 90,000 metric tons of cooking gas for the last quarter of the year, officials said.

Sri Lanka’s state-run Litro Gas has reduced the cooking gas prices with effect from midnight Wednesday October 05 to reflect reduction in global LP gas prices, an official said.
