KUWAIT CITY, April 13: Insurance Regulatory Unit (IRU) Decision No. 24/2023 on increasing the mandatory car insurance fee is illegal, says MP Khalid Al-Anzi. Al-Anzi explained that the decision is a violation of Article Six of Law No. 67/1976 on authorizing the Interior Ministry to specify the regul
