Mysore/Mysuru: With the second wave of the deadly
COVID 19 pandemic causing havoc across the State, seven flavours of Ayurvedic Milk having medicinal properties produced by the State-controlled KMF(Karnataka Milk Federation) has hit the markets.
MyMUL(Mysuru Milk Union) President P.M. Prasanna released the Ayurvedic milk at the Mega Dairy premises on Bannur road here yesterday.
Speaking on the occasion, Prasanna said that the Ayurvedic Milk is an immunity booster and has been released to the markets in different flavours, including Pepper, Thulasi, Ginger, Ahwagandha and Turmeric. Pointing out that this Ayurvedic Milk, developed by KMF, is available at all Nandini outlets across the State, he said that the Milk is available in 200 ML glass bottles, priced at Rs.20 each.

Says ready to quit politics to pave way for the senior leader
Mysore/Mysuru: A day after the candidates backed by his syndicate fared badly in the
MyMUL (Mysuru Milk Union Limited) polls held yesterday, K.R. Nagar JD(S) MLA S.R. Mahesh invited Chamundeshwari MLA G.T. Devegowda (GTD), who has fallen out with JD(S) leaders and formed his own syndicate for MyMUL polls, to take over the reigns of the JD(S) in the district, for which he was ready to pave the way by quitting politics.
Addressing a press meet at his office near Ramavilas Road here this morning, Mahesh, wondered why GTD was hating him when there is no valid reason. Inviting GTD to lead the party in the distinct, Mahesh said that he was willing to quit politics if GTD, who is much senior to him, take the lead for organising the party in the district.

Mysore/Mysuru: The voting for
MyMUL (Mysuru Milk Union Limited) polls to elect 15 Directors, which began on a sedate note this morning, picked up as the day progressed, amidst soaring temperature.
The election to the Co-operative body has turned out into a proxy war between KR Nagar JD(S) MLA S.R. Mahesh (with backing of former Chief Minister H.D. Kumaraswamy) and Chamundeshwari JD(S) MLA G.T. Devegowda, who has fallen out with party leaders.
The voting is taking place at KMF (Karnataka Milk Federation) Training Centre in Mega Dairy premises at Alanahalli on Bannur Road in the city. There are a total of 1,052 voters, who are select members from all Milk Producer Co-operative Societies of the District.
