A federal judge dismissed a lawsuit filed by three homeless residents against Bend officials seeking a delay of a homeless encampment cleanup on the city s northern edge.
The city of Bend was hit with another legal challenge to its homelessness policies Friday, the same day a challenge filed by homeless residents earlier in the week was heard
