He was replying to an unstarred question from MLA Chotisuh Sazo during the 12th session of the 13th Nagaland Legislative Assembly in Kohima on September 22. He stated that work order has been allotted to M/s CK Enterprise. When asked whether the notice inviting tender (NIT) was issued for work, he replied that that short tender notice was issued after approval from the office of chief engineer on August 23, 2021. He added that NIT was called via order on August 24, 2021, and the same was pasted on the office notice board.
