It’s been some years since Knights of Sidonia came to Netflix but the series is still alive. Sidonia no Kishi: Ai Tsumugu Hoshi (Knights of Sidonia: A Star that Weaves Love) is due to hit cinemas in Japan this May.
It is expected that A Star that Weaves Love will the last in the franchise, though.
In Knights of Sidonia, the strange aliens known as the Gauna have nearly destroyed humanity. The last of us have been hiding on the vast spaceship known as the Sidonia. Then, after 100 years without contact with the enemy, the Sidonia reencounters the Gauna.
