That comes as senators feinstein and boxer are joining the chorus of people saying that leland yee should resign. If he does not do that tonight, in the morning at 9 00 a. M. , Senate Democrats say they will vote to suspend him from office. Just 17 hours after he stepped out of the federal courthouse, leland yee announced he is also stepping out of the race for secretary of state.
