Lenawee County courts get OK to do jury trials

ADRIAN Lenawee County courts could schedule their first jury trials in criminal cases since the pandemic began within the next month or two.
The courts have been moved into Phase 2 of the Michigan Supreme Court’s “Return to Full Capacity” guidelines, Lenawee County Chief Circuit Judge Anna Marie Anzalone said. According to the Supreme Court’s guidelines, counties moving between phases 1 and 2 must show that in the county:
