The Robert Olnick Pavilion recently opened in Cold Springs, New York, presenting modern and contemporary Italian art, along with significant works on loan.

The Italian eatery opened in January and every detail has been carefully considered by owner Stella Spanu, who brought on chef Filippo Piccini to lead the back of house.
