The Nevada Supreme Court denied a petition filed by accused sexual predator Nathan Chasing Horse.

Allegations of sexual assault against actor Nathan Chasing Horse were made as early as 2005 in Alberta. Charges were filed against him in the U.S. earlier this year, while women in three Canadian provinces have come forward with similar allegations.

A former Clark County District Attorney says the Nathan Chasing horse abuse case getting dismissed by the Nevada Supreme Court is small.

Oral arguments are scheduled to be heard in November at the Nevada Supreme Court in the appeal filed by accused sexual predator Nathan Chasing Horse.

Nathan Chasing Horse appeared briefly in a Las Vegas courtroom on Monday where he smiled and appeared to communicate with supporters.

Tsuut’ina Nation warns that people trespassing or involved in illegal activity will face the full extent of the First Nation’s laws and Canada’s laws.

Chasing Horse appeared in court in Nevada on Wednesday and has filed an appeal with the Nevada Supreme Court, according to Tsuut’ina Nation Police Service Sergeant Nancy Farmer.

Chasing Horse was charged and arrested in February in suspicion of running a cult and sexually assaulting a multitude of young Indigenous girls over the last two decades.
