The family of a young schoolgirl Shyanne-Lee Tatnell, the alleged victim of a horrific murder, have made a plea to their community in the lead-up to her funeral.
Shyanne-Lee was last seen on CCTV in April walking alone in the dark towards Henry Street bridge in Launceston. Her remains were found on Wednesday and a man, 36, charged with murder.
Christopher Jordan, 36, was arrested on Thursday over the death of 14-year-old Shyanne-Lee Tatnell - almost three months after she vanished in Launceston on the evening of April 30.
