Sister was with him when she went to school and then she was not. At the end of the day, told the mother, the people at the school couldnt find her. This is the second day of testimony in the trial. Shes accused of taking the fiveyearold girl from the school in january of last year. Prosecutors say she posed as her mother. The judge issued a gag order on this case. Before it was issued, her attorney, fred harrison, said he believes theres a cultural bias against a defendant charged with a crime against a child and asked to keep an open mind. Police say the victim was blindfolded except when she showed her a picture of a man who supposedly paid for her. Again, that testimony resumed just within the past hour.
