According to prosecutors today, Dominique Johnson was using his metro smart trip fare card from then until they arrested her yesterday. She was arraigned this afternoon on charges of conspiracy to commit robbery and then released with an ankle bracelet. 19yearold Dominique Johnson is accused of planning a robbery with her roommate, 21yearold jamyra gallmon.
