It has been restored and adaptively reused as an intimate conference venue. I have had the pleasure of working with mr. Pearlman on his Program Committee. What i have noticed about mr. Pearlman is this. He understands not only the importance of sensitive restoration and adaptive reuse, but also the intellectual Historical Context of original buildings.
