Kota Kinabalu: Preparations for the 38th National Chinese Cultural Festival 2023 in Sabah, themed “Cultural Kinabalu, Sharing of Prosperity between East and West Malaysia”, is currently in full swing, said the Federation of the Chinese Associations Sabah (FCAS) President Tan Sri Dr TC Goh.
The organising committee, headed by Datuk Susan Wong Siew Guen, had its first meeting recently where they vowed to present the most exciting and vibrant cultural fiesta to Malaysians.
