On the occasion of the National Day of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, on behalf of the Lao people and in my personalregard, I have the honour to convey my warmest congratulations to Your Majesty and the people of the Netherlands.
Istrongly believe that with our common efforts, the friendly relations and good cooperationbetween the Lao PDR and the Kingdom of the Netherlandswill be stronger and more fruitful in the coming years for the benefits of our two peoples as well as that of peace, stability and development cooperation in the region and the world at large.
