Tallinn City Secretary Priit Lello has asked the National Electoral Service to increase the capital's parliamentary elections budget by at least 20 percent compared to 2019.
Head of the Estonian National Electoral Service Arne Koitmäe said in his reply to the Office of the President that declaring and holding extraordinary elections should be at least 40 days apart.
The National Electoral Service, working with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (AKI), has decided to stop displaying the age, education and professional activity of candidates in its archive six months after elections.
