Covid-19: Brazil to have at least 90 million vaccine doses by April

According to the count, 46 million doses of the CoronaVac - developed by Sinovac Life Science in partnership with the Butantan Institute - should be delivered to the Ministry of Health over these first four months of the year. Starting in March, the Oswaldo Cruz Foundation (Fiocruz) will also be actively involved in the National Immunization Program. The first delivery is expected to take place in March, with 15 million doses. Another 27 million should be supplied the following month.

Brazil to receive second batch of supplies to produce Chinese vaccine

Brasilia, Feb 10 (Prensa Latina) Brazil will receive this Wednesday 5,600 liters of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (IFA) to produce as many as 8.7 million CoronaVac doses, the anti-Covid-19 vaccine developed by Chinese Sinovac Laboratory, in association with Butantan Institute.
