Reporter thats right, every single day, the numbers are pretty shocking when you see them in black and white, but they reinforce what firefighters and neighbors havent seen the past couple of years, a surge of homeless campfires, many are worried that the fires could spread to them. But we got blocked. It was too dangerous even for media crews. We saw a cal fire investigator gathering evidence of a fire that seems to have started off of the road next to a steep hillside. There were evidence markers and he was on his hands and knees using Electronic Devices to scan for clues. The investigator did not say much about why he was there. The blaze raced up the hillside where firefighters were called in. We spent the morning around the hills southwest of calistoga.
