Donna Odell from Virden, Man., has become an advocate for farmer mental health, using her own experiences with depression and anxiety to help others overcome the stigma of seeking help. She’s now a board member for the Manitoba Farmer Wellness Program, which offers six free counselling sessions to farmers.
