A DOG, which was fighting for its life after it allegedly consumed poisoned bait used in a crow population control drive by the Penang Island City Council (MBPP) last week, has been discharged from the veterinarian clinic where it was treated.
The stray, which was given the name Rum by its rescuer, is currently in a temporary shelter.
